The Bible makes clear that God has gifted each of us for service. Those God-given gifts should be used in the local church. In the 30 years since, I have served in just about every capacity except senior pastor. As a dedicated member of my church, God has developed in me a passion for fostering growth in others. As a trainer, I specialize in people development. Whether teaching Bible Study, training teachers or facilitating leadership development, I have spent countless hours honing skills in leadership, communication, and team building. I am looking forward to speaking with you and working with your staff.

With a deep commitment to empowering individuals as well as strengthening the church community, I am now focused on developing a platform dedicated to training staff to serve more effectively and purposefully within the church. Through this initiative, I want to equip church leaders and staff like you with the tools you need to excel in your role, cultivate a positive church environment, and foster spiritual growth. After all these years, I have not forgotten what the Lord said to me. Those words have been a stabilizing force. When I wanted to quit and leave, I heard those words. When I felt overwhelmed and unseen, I remembered what God said and kept helping. I served and let my light shine. And I am so glad I did! I have enjoyed the journey, and God has honored my commitment to serve in the shadow of the man who became my father in the ministry. Let me help you and your team raise your level of service.
